Transparency
Hate is not a strong word for those who do not maintain transparency. It may either be in business or in relationships.
I'd like to focus on business here, as much has already been spoken about relationships in various forums. In a business transaction, especially between three parties, it is imperative to maintain complete transparency in terms of operations, deliverables, and finances. That is the basic bedrock of how a transaction will play out.
I highly detest people who do not maintain ethical and transparent conduct in a business transaction.
- If something can cause a loss to the other party, let them know.
- If something is hidden and has consequences on finances, communicate the same.
- If something is creating a discord in the transaction due to unethical behaviour of a party, discuss.
If you do not do this, sooner or later your deal, transaction or business relationship will fall apart like a house of cards.
Be clear, communicative, and most importantly, ethical.
